Vibration measurement and analysis
A central component of our work is the precise on-site measurement of vibrations, during which we record and analyze the real operating conditions of the pipe systems. Based on this data, we identify and assess critical conditions and develop technically and practical solutions.
Based on this, we assist in the optimization of piping systems, particularly through the targeted design of supports, guides, and damping elements. The goal is to effectively reduce vibrations and minimize mechanical stress in the long term. The calculations and designs are performed in accordance with VDI Guideline 3842.
Problem analysis & troubleshooting
For urgent issues, we offer structured problem analysis during ongoing operations to quickly identify causes and minimize downtime and risks. In addition, we develop customized damping solutions, such as viscoelastic damping systems.

Kahle Engineering was founded by an experienced engineer in the field of vibration technology, specializing in vibration measurements and the analysis of piping systems in industrial plants.
With over 8 years of experience in vibration engineering, we combine in-depth theoretical expertise with extensive practical application. Our focus is on the measurement, evaluation, and targeted design of solutions to reduce vibrations in complex piping systems.
Our experience is built on international projects across five continents, covering a wide range of industries – including petrochemical plants, gas industry, gas-, coal- and nuclear power plants, offshore installations, and pump stations.
This broad background enables us to deliver reliable, practical, and technically sound solutions, even under demanding operating conditions.
